D&R is a trustworthy professional shop with fair prices for fantastic work! Billy is one of the best around. I only trust him to do my auto body work. They also got the job done super fast. Highly recommended.

Avoid this place. I was sent here by kemper insurance.Because somebody hit my car and then took off.Luckily I had video of the incident and was able to track them down. Long story short between the time of the accident and getting the repair completed.I had received a little dent on the driver's side . But they were supposed to repair the passenger side. They fixed the wrong side and then realized their mistake and then fixed the passenger side. When I picked up the vehicle, it was parked on a gravel driveway which made it hard for me to notice any imperfections.In the paint. The next day I was able to see clearly that there are fish eyes all over the paint.There is a massive drip on the rear driver.Door handleThe underlying bodywork was not done right The door panel was not straight.The body lines are not straight . I understand they made a mistake but because they repaired the damage.I cannot follow through with the insurance claim to get it repaired properly. When I called and explained to them, I wasn't happy with the repair. I was told to bring it back, and they will look at it. I work six days a week and sunday's my only day off.So I dropped it off on a sunday morning. I was

D&R Auto body was the shop referred to me by the insurance company of someone who hit me. I dropped my car off on Monday 7/21/25 and the repair was finished on Tuesday 7/29/25. They completed the work very fast. The staff were friendly and helpful from my very first call with them, and all the way through the process. Drop off and pick up were simple and easy. As you can see in the pictures, they did a great job restoring my vehicle. Thank you. My one critique is (and I know this is common with body shops), my passenger seat is a little dirty. It was the front passenger door that needed to be fixed. So I'm assuming this is where the technician was sitting or had his tools sitting. It's not horrible, and I can clean it up with a little soap and water. But I wish they would've taken a bit more care to ensure the seat was cleaned after the repair.

Some guy rear-ended me and his insurance company pointed me to D&R Autobody and I'm thankful that they did. Although the damage to my 2024 Kia Forte GT was very minor, it was still noticeable (especially to me). I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was fixed and ready to go Wednesday. The repair was flawless and they even did a great job matching my tricky pearl white paint color. It looks like nothing ever happened. Don (the owner) and Ashley were very pleasant to talk to and work with and they kept me at ease all throughout the process. When the insurance company's estimate turned out to be too low, D&R did all the work to get the additional money from them and I didn't have to pay a dime. I'm a little obsessive about the condition of my car and I think they picked up on that. They were very considerate about keeping my car clean and I'm happy to say that it's just like new again. I can strongly recommend D&R if you need body work. You'll be glad you chose them.
